Le Grand Nu (The Great Nude) international art contest is an exciting opportunity for all artists interested in the human form. The contest is organised by Untitled Factory and is open to both amateur and professional artists alike. To enter the contest, each artist must submit 3 pieces of work, containing the human figure as a main subject and preferably drawn/painted from life. All shortlisted artists will have their work shown at Untitled Factory gallery in Montmartre. The Untitled Factory is located in the heart of one of the most artistic districts in Paris and focuses on figurative art with a special emphasis on human form. This year’s winning artist will be awarded a 1000 € cash prize!
All works entered for Le Grand Nu contest must have been made using traditional media, such as acrylic paint, oil paint, charcoal, pencil, gouache, marker, pastel, ink or watercolour. We also accept sculptures. All entries must be the original work of the entrant and the work must not have received a prize or award before. Click here to read full terms and conditions.
